What is Beijing Weekly?
Beijing Weekly is Service apartment in Beijing.
We have Apartment which you can rent it for short period
of time, for example 1day, 1 week, or 1month.
Please read this to understand who are we? and what kind
of services we provide for customers.
Especially in China, except for hotel, there are no other
alternative to stay for short period of time.
If customer goes to normal realestate agency, they will
require to stay more than one year if not 6 month.
Hotel is small, and expensive to stay for long time.

Simple way to reserve place to stay
Every apartment which we manage can be reserved by simple
one mail.
If you tell us how many people will be staying on which
day, it is possible to reserve room quickly.
And if you would like to have a invoice for your company,
so on, we will prepare invoice for you.

Minimum Accomodation Period
All institution of Beijing Weekly can be accomodated
from 1 day.
If we have any available rooms, we are willing to accept
extention of your stay.

Our location of this Beijing weekly is very
convenient.
Tian an men, Business District, Tiantan... all of these
spots are with in 20 min ride from our apartment.

Security
We have high level of security in our aprtment. There
are 24 hrs gurd on every gate we have. There are auto
lock system on our apartment.

How we can hand you Keys.
Your Apartment key will be handed by our staff. Ofcourse
there are no curfew which you need to keep. If you lost
or broke your key, please tell us imediately, we will
arrange it as soon as possible. * fees for these keys
which had been lost are required.

Cleaning fees
We have onece a week cleaning up by our staff.
If you need more thatn a week or cleaning your room,
please tell us.
|
|
Water and gas expenses
This applies for people who stays over a week. One people
７nights〜２９nights １day３０RMB、３０nights １day ２０RMB. tax
included.

What you need to identify yourselves
Please bring some kind of ID. Passport, Driver license.
And toilet things.

|
Payment
Normally, we accept payment before checking in. Using
Paypal, paying in cash in Beijing is available.
People who will stay ３０days or less, please pay us at
onece. If you are staying more than 30days, please pay
us monthly. However, if you are staying over a week,
please use paypal for security reasons.

our account system simple.
Our room charge ＋water and gass etc expenses （indicatd
）only. There are no any other chrges.
If it is Chinese normal apartment, one must pay
deposit before you want to rent rooma and your stay
has to be 6 month or more. And you must go through
all these tough negotiation if you want to rent
at a good rate. And often , lack of communication
makes trouble for foreigner and local people.
If you used Beijing weekly, all these problems can
be solved, and it is quick and no hustle. |

Price system
Please tell us the day of check in and check
out, then we will arrange the reservation for you.
About our price
We have 3 kinds of prices, which is, Daily contract（１〜６
nights）・Weekly contract（７〜２９ nights）・Monthly contract
（３０nights or more）. When you stay longer, your price
per night goes lower.

what you want to cook. There are supermarket nearby
inorder to get some local materials. Enjoy your

to our apartment.
Unlike hotel there are no staff comming in with
out your permission. So, privacy is protected. |
| Customer can always take your garbage

| Sounds really funny, but in hotel, if you want
to throw out your garbage, you have to call up front
and some service will pick up garbage for you, but,
here, you can just go to aile and throw away. It
is that simple. |

Step1 Vacancy search
Please look at vacancy information and chack.
Step2 Reservation
Please tell us Date of checking in, Checking out,
room type, place.（fee・please pay before checkin）
Step3 Reservation Confirmation
After reservation, we always give customer confirming
mail with in 48 hours.
Before we sent you confirmation mail, it is not confirmed
yet, so please be careful.
Step4 Adjusting place and time
I will accept request of changes of room one time.
Step5 Checkin and payment
Paying by paypal is recommended, however, you can
also pay by cash here in front.
Step6 Changing your stay
If you want to change the duration of stay, please
tell us 3 days before your original check out. If you
have any vacancy available, we will arrange it for you.
Step7 Checkout
Checkout time is 10 oclock. If you can not come to
the front, please tell us in advance so that we can arrange
the key box. |
